As the peroxide is broken down, oxygen enters the enamel and effectively bleaches any of the colored substances and surfaces. This, in turn, lightens the natural color of the teeth while not sacrificing any of the surface area of the teeth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Should I Want Whiter Teeth?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Maybe it is not fair that but people judge you by your smile and first impressions DO make a difference! Knowing you have white teeth will show through in your smile and make you appear, as well as feel, more confident and self-assured.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is Tooth Whitening Completely Safe?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Research has proven that many teeth whitening methods work and are completely safe to do. The risk of tooth sensitivity and other minor side effects aren&#8217;t really that great. In fact, whitening is one of the safest cosmetic procedures of all.<\/p>\n<p>*Everyone is not a candidate for teeth whitening.
